Lets suppose you don't know how to ride bike and I am teaching you without letting you sit into bike. The best way to teach frashers about job is by providing them a job.

hi, i thought you might be misunderstood my point is our Indian education systeam doens't provide practical knowledge hence freshers or degree holders didn't get their perfect jobs. If you do or make somekind off platform for them it's good for both for students and companies for hiring.
