Your idea seems so broad, that's why it looks not worth. You have to narrow down your idea to a crisp point. It might feel worth and people might be able to give you ideas on that

Yeah you are right, the idea is to make groups according to hobbies and have virtual/physical meet ups. For example : if 10-15 people are interested in travelling we can together arrange a Little trip, or if they are interested in singing then we can arrange some setup in cafe or garden with karaoke and enjoy. We just want to make some happy moments and networking

There are many apps and I had used one long before, maybe before 8 years. I can't remember the name. I met group of people who love watching movies and I used to go with them to movies. Check out similar app and try to create a unique feature about your idea that others don't provide
