If I call your previous manager. how much would they rate you on a scale of 10? And why that EXACT number ๐คฏ 2. Guesstimate: How many pregnancy test kits are sold in Bengaluru every month? (Here the answer does not matter, the thinking process is evaluated)๐ฅต 3. How would you live your life if stranded on an island for 10 days?๐ถโ๐ซ๏ธ These give me a 360 degree view of the candidate and if I want to hire.
