U got some understanding of things i guess, genetic mapping would be the greatest price barrier, although its down to as less as 50k per cell. Even i thought of something similar few months back but it was more concerned of medical needs and less of diet and overall health, your journey through understanding all this would be a rollercoaster ride but definately fun. As a medical student i can affirm that😂 Best wishes :)
