One thing that really helped me was understanding the end-users of our items. Maybe you could arrange some site visits to see how the MRO items are actually used? It gives great context for decision-making.

Well most have doctors and hospitals have their own app or number through which the book appointment so I think nobody is going to use a app or such to book their appointment rather they prefer their own ways of doing bookings
