In India, we need funding for any business or startup at the starting point whether it's idea or its operational conditions. Can we make whatsapp community were we solo people's came together and gather funds and do market research and provide funds to particular startup ideas. Its just an my thought everyone can have personal opinion. I thought at the stage of idea no one VC support for funding.

Not everyone and every idea is capable of having fund, my advice is to have a proper system of research and decision making before giving funds to any startup otherwise many people will just simply loose their money.
