Imagine a platform where you write genuine reviews about a company's product or services and brands would get to know about the real problems consumers are facing. Also consumers can tell brands what they expect from them in terms of services Platform would be free for consumers and businesses would pay to respond to reviews get consumer insights,do marketing on platform and platform would also help them in getting R and D reports. There are players like trustpilot in usa but no measure name in India as it is needed here cause 70% of Indians buy products by checking the reviews first.

Trustpilot is filled with fake reviews. The only was to authenticate the review would be actually having invoices and KYC match and then processing a review which is a hassle for the reviewer.
