there is an exam for real estate broker do give that exam u will be a registered agent, if u want to boost than through contacts through security at the gate through mangers of societies through mc in societies through builder, developers through various agency through exhibitions through conference through lawyers u should also have friends with fellow brokers through registration office/ authority through internet through whatapp through instagram through face book through you tube channel through word of mouth last but not the least through hard work, discpline, communication, you presentation, discpline through preservance through your office through cold call emails marketing through knowledge through mentorship etc etc

Register yourself probably with RERA as an agent to ensure RERA compliance. Then create broker accounts on listing platforms like 99Acres etc, also create an IG account. Visit the properties yourself and shoot some videos and good wide images of the property and list them on the property portals and share them on Whatsapp and on IG and you should get your initial traffic.
