That's really simple brother , you just need to show them facts and logic of your idea then show them money and equity then definitely they will feel attached with your idea also provide professional environment. Never force anyone for joining your idea just represent your research and strategies also tell them how you will give them well settled life because at the end of the day every person wants that i don't want to work for anyone so just give them what they want like you can create time line of your company.
