Bro if shark tank India I legal why can't this idea be legal and startup investment by retailers is legal in India even there are some companies who already providing platform for startup investment to retailers.

Even Shark tank deals take more than a year to actually complete , there are so many interviews where the entrepreneurs said only 2 out of every 10 shark tank deals actual take place that to takes months to complete the documentation . Imagine there are only about 3 to 4 sharks who are investing and it is taking upto a year through the documentation that too not all of the deals shown take place , retail investors and for public it would be too much hassle. I’m not saying it won’t work , but there is a very very deep legal side which should be explored in this idea I feel .
