🚨 Future Crisis Layoffs in Indian companies can lead to multi dimensional crisis in future. Need more global companies to build their GCC's (Global Capability Centre) of various industries in India. Not only IT service sector can promise long-term sustainability. While looking into the multifold growth of population requires participation of youth in sectors like manufacturing, raw material trading, heavy machinery service & manufacturing, technology oriented businesses & services, commodities, etc. Predominantly our IT service sector is one of the biggest in the world for providing services & manforce but all of this was possible because of sufficient supply of education & skill development of the domain but supply of other skills & education relatively low in other sectors. India required dedicated Universities & SDC (Skill development centres) which provide practical world knowledge to the students to generate the new ecosystems in India which will directly effect the growth.

Even in India 1 Cr+ houses are lying empty. We have a housing crisis. A lot of NRIs buy in India and then keep the flat vacant. Somebody should solve for these empty flats.
