AI cloud computing's rising power demands have led the Department of Energy to invest billions in upgrading US power grids. NANO Nuclear Energy, world's FIRST publicly traded nuclear energy startup, has partnered with Blockfusion to power AI cloud computing with portable nuclear microreactors. Portable nuclear microreactors are small, compact reactors that can produce clean, carbon-free power. Unlike traditional power plants that use coal or natural gas, these microreactors can be used in cities or areas with limited infrastructure where larger nuclear plants wouldn’t be practical. They can speed up the global shift to clean energy by helping energy companies lower their emissions by providing power in remote places where oil and gas operations are common. These reactors can also produce hydrogen through electrolysis, a method gaining popularity as global hydrogen fuel infrastructure is expanding.
