Here's what I do: If I build a website for my client, while showing him the final prototype before making the website live, I would add a pop-up after the completion of small tasks on the website. Ex: If it's a banking website for his new startup, then after checking his transaction history on the website he would receive a pop-up asking for rating the experience of checking transaction history. Similarly with money transfer, paying bills etc. This will be done only for the final prototype and after that we can remove the pop-ups and make the website live.
