Suppose that you were to start a Startup that provides Online Homoeopathy Consultation, and also deliver medicine at door step , so what are initial steps you would take to let people know about your brand , how would you let people use your service from basic . OR What would be your business model ? Like doctors would be able to listen themselves in your platform or you would hire doctors on salary basis ? . . I am interested in knowing your thoughts
