That just sounds good to hear but it's not true. The world was built by people smarter and better than us. Advancement in complex technology like AI, smartphone, medicine won't be possible without that. We all have limitations as individuals. It's not right to say we are smart than all. The math, coding, science was built by people smarter than us, we just use them. It's okay not being smart, everyone has their capacity. Know yours and adjust accordingly. So your quote although sounds good is not true.
