That's normal when you massage so many peoples at a time then LinkedIn thinks that you're robot and impose some restrictions on you also you can easily remove it with help button .

Probably hacked or shadow banned. Check your registered email and see if LinkedIN has sent you any email.

We have fixed profile picture appearing blank for all the profiles which were facing the issue after a long night of debugging. Hope it doesn’t happen with anyone else anymore. Happy posting with real ID, folks!
