That's normal when you massage so many peoples at a time then LinkedIn thinks that you're robot and impose some restrictions on you also you can easily remove it with help button .

We have fixed profile picture appearing blank for all the profiles which were facing the issue after a long night of debugging. Hope it doesn’t happen with anyone else anymore. Happy posting with real ID, folks!
