What do you think majority hospitals are lacking the most?

Empathy and care. Doctors and nurses work so mechanical, just like robots. What a patient needs is proper motherly care. Not robots walking around

No where in the world you will get motherly care in hospital. In India most workers including doctors nurses are underpaid. Still they are doing the best. India needs more hospitals and bed to accommodate the huge population
