I think it can be a great idea but doing it by your own can end up making you a working slave, so mu suggestion will be open a cloud kitchen and hire 1 chef that makes food and as the order increases keep on hiring more chefs and workers and if possible rent a workspace for that and as nowadays dark stores are operating convert your cloud kitchen into something like dark kitchen or dark restaurant (idk what to call it).
