Reviews are a part and parcel of your business. The best thing would be to respond to the review within few hours asking them to contact you on a helpdesk email with an assurance to have any issues resolved.

Why is that google play review takes few hours (in my case 1-2hrs) to review the app and for apple it takes 24-48hrs?
