Go for Bachelor's at business administration, in a good university/ business school where you can actually learn and practice your skills (analytical skills , communication skills , financial modeling, etc ..) with good faculty and fellow students make good connections with people. But I suggest don't go for tire 4 colleges which is wast of time and you need to struggle real hard for your future. You can also choose business schools abroad and apply for scholarships .
