I am not talking about medial, what I mean to say is that just as content is available in Hindi and other languages ​​on YouTube or other social media sites or news platforms, on all these platforms people create content in other languages ​​also. But why is this type of content not available on Medial? Do people not want to create content in other languages ​​on this platform or does the platform promote only the English language?
