Why is all the content on Medial available only in English and not in Hindi or any other language, like on YouTube or other social media?

I am not talking about medial, what I mean to say is that just as content is available in Hindi and other languages on YouTube or other social media sites or news platforms, on all these platforms people create content in other languages also. But why is this type of content not available on Medial? Do people not want to create content in other languages on this platform or does the platform promote only the English language?
