Today I came across an interesting company " Fourth partner energy " So what they basically do is providing renewable energy through solar panels, the amazing thing is the concept they work on. So as far as I was able to find there are two types of services 1. Client Owned Model - In this they setup personal solar plants for their clients and manage them throughout the time. So it's Like a one time investment and life time supply of energy, maybe there would be some managing fees. 2. Power purchase Agreement - This is what makes them interesting, They own the plants in this module and the client only for pays for the energy consumption and I think they are in some kind of contract where they ensures that at the end of the tenure they recover the invested amount and some profits. Now let me ask you a question, what if after the tenure the client refused for the further contract. What will be best possible actions the company should take ? Peace out ...........................
