I made a mistake that costed me 13 days what did I do? I celebrated early. We went live on internet on 24 July 2024, and me and my team party like crazy that day. We tested most of the things that needed to and when we got 5 completely edited videos as outputs from our app we were like cool this shit is working and boy oh boy we were so wrong! When we started giving access to people to test our auto editing app We were bombarded with errors, some were so so random that even devs have to think about, Bro what error is this. It took us over 13 to 15 days to solve this and are still trying to make it robust and reliable and increase the success rate. The mistake I did was to celebrate before we went in hands of real people and then cut some slack with team for more than 10 days as I thought they were tired from all the and then the debugging got slower. But no worries I learnt my lesson From today we start a 25 day sprint to get fully tested ready to use app to you
