See everybody good at there own field so you should mention which field you want the mentor to be, is it in e commerce, Seo etc. it is required to get a mentor that is expert in his field

Then before going for mentor you should go for some research. First write the ideas, what problem you solving with those, your competitors, how you will overtake them, and lastly how much you are comfortable with the idea. Then select 2 to 3 best from that Then search for a mentor because as per my experience every mentor will ask you one question what problem are you solving and are you comfortable in long term and what are your goals.
