Finally I have completed my development phase for my app initial launch so I am thinking to go live with playstore publishing.And I am looking for team who can ready to work with me in my service based startup and also my app team.

Can someone tell me the process of making the initial team , I mean how do I motivate them , how can I show them my vision . The overall ques. Is how to build a great team?
