I'm torn on this one. On one hand, yeah, screens are everywhere and that's not changing. But on the other, I see a lot of parents in my circle getting really intentional about limiting screen time.

Honestly, I think it's going to increase, but not necessarily in a bad way. The key is going to be the quality of that screen time, not just the quantity.

I hate to say it, but I think screen time is only going to go up. Have you seen how integrated tech is becoming in schools? My nephew's homework is all online now. It's like we're setting them up for more screen time, not less. I worry about their eyesight and social skills, you know?

I think it's going to keep increasing, and honestly, I'm not sure that's entirely a bad thing. The world is digital now, and kids need to be fluent in technology to succeed. What we really need to focus on is teaching balance and self-regulation
