Most of the voters have dead account and joined recently(August) after announcement of this competition

It could also be possible that after the announcement of this competition, many people have made post on LinkedIn and Twitter about this and their idea asking for votes. They might be joining recently bcz they are joining after seeing those posts and have came to support their choice of idea. I believe it can be possible. Also how can be prove one account is fake or another is not in this. I am strictly again any such pratice but I doubt little challenging to identity them.
