This idea is not practically applicable as many buildings/departments will not allow this reason being security issues. No body wants to provide a layout of a building for free in public. Moreover, if someone uses this app then their chances of returning back are quite less. Anyways, it's good that you thought to do something like this but I'll recommend you to improvise this a little more. Hope it'll work someday!
