I really liked your thought to be independent and adventurous. But currently things changed a lot either you need to be loyal with one youtuber and maintain a partnership. Else join agency. Because now every random youtuber Even many big yt people partnered with agencies because they are runned by their network, friends or more. Anyways by seeing your exp and more. Ya, I think it's subjective from person to person. I basically don't outreach refferals and retainers work enough for me. Working with a totally new client is a little bit jittery at the beginning. And regarding fishes🙂, I am grateful.
