I will tell you a guide try doing as many things as you can to get traction 1. become a content creator, this will help you have some credibility which will leads to having traction and get you some clients. 2. start cold emailing, messaging and lead generation in diff social media platforms. also don't target top most clients at the beginning choose less follower clients and grow along them. 3. Try making a portfolio of the works your team done and make it popular through some videos. that clients may get back to you. 4. do initial gigs for free, then have a deal. don't try to make partnership at the beginning which may make you feel bad for clients initially. finally I would say just get attention, traction and discovery. don't be greedy, start slowa nd steady and get into partnerships. this is all from my side. Why don't you try to make the profile section like the bento ui style and grid style with minimal touch and based upon your theme, just try it out and iterate
