Umm…. The recovery methods go wild in india you know🙃...but will have to plan for reducing risks by considering various factors and limiting the max amount.

It would have to be a pooling system ofc, because otherwise the risk is too large. The target should be to minimise risk, and earn that extra 3% which will happen on scale. Initial 1,00,000 lenders is the biggest challenge in my opinion.
