Is college the right time to start a startup? According to me, it is a definite yes! In college, you get a lot of time on weekends or weekdays that can be utilized for startup-related work. This time is something you definitely won't have once you're working a job and out of college. If you're skipping classes (likely), instead of lying in bed, use this opportunity. Trust me, it's a golden opportunity. College is the best way to network. You can connect with thousands of people around you, including colleagues, seniors, etc. You can also network with your professors. While building a startup, networking is very important. So don't be shy; talk to people around you in class, the mess, clubs, fests, etc. You can find a place or space to work. If your startup idea is good and you have a team of 4-5 people, you can even get a small space or cabin to work. But again, you should have good connections with people. You can also get small funding from the college if your idea is good.

The problem with startups is that you rarely can find the right people to work with if you have no investment since no one wants to spend time on a gamble or work where returns aren't always guaranteed
