It’s time to slowdown. So, I’ve been known for my hustle all my life. Being the yes boss guy who never said no to any request made by my team members or my managements in the past. I’ve worked from 9 AM to 5 AM daily for the past decade without a vacation or a time off. Coming to the situation of the past couple of days where I wasn’t active here, What changed? - I was diagnosed with Overactive vagnus nerve - I was diagnosed with High BP - Also I was diagnosed with Cervical Spondylitis Day before yesterday I fainted while riding my bike on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad highway thus being rushed to the doctors to figure out it was High-BP. Coming to the post rant topic, don’t do the mistakes that I did above: - Take your health as the no 1 priority - Take enough sleep - Learn to say no - Don’t just push yourselves into “Hustle” culture. Coming back to me: - As the title says, I will be slowing down a bit. - No I ain’t going nowhere but I will be slowing down to figure out my steps.
