Sorry brother, i guess you take it into wrong way.. I wanna say, test the skills by taking some entrance exam and provide rating on the basis of that..bcz now day students are saying, thay know this and that but when give them related work they can't able to complete.. So make sure you have all skilled person on your platform and give opportunity who really diserve..
