I think use flutterflow for low code It is good because you deploy your app on ios, android and even on web as website. Or you can also use bubble.io for creating web apps if your idea is related to saas.

creating an app without is very tough actually. if you are trying to build your product. i would say start with an web app. there are many no code tools which are very easy to make pages and web apps. after getting min validation and traction. maybe investors gets you and you will have money to hire developers to build the original app. if you try to make the app directly it will be expensive and loss money if your idea or product is useless. even medial started as a web app I guess.

there are many no-code tools available online but I would prefer to go with native development!
