Appreciate the niche thinking. but are you targeting Reliance, zudio and many more store based tags or e-commerce based tags? I would definitely say its hard to enter to store based tagging because they all made it by themselves so hard to enter. seen you USP, have a doubt that current zudio, reliance store does not give the ability of data analytics and an integrated monitoring features?

I think working with local shops and gaining insights and re iterating over ideas at that level makes a strong base Then market it in the socials with viral transitions and trendy flow, after gather leads of your domain and make the tag work for a month / season where you can show potential customers that it derives profits from that. Then you can gradually expand
