Is it a single app with layouts of various buildings and complexes available? Or do you intend single app multi client B2B model of selling this to various buildings and owners?

For now it's just a idea. I have thought of a single app where we will add layouts of various buildings ourselves with permission of building and complex or with their request to make people coming there, easy navigation. I cant find a proper user persona in this model as its too diverse. Personally I feel if this idea is developed as software solution which you sells to business it might make more sense. Then again the idea of layout of building and complex is a bit abstract. How good it turn out might depend on the implementation.
