I wasn't aware of the whole situation going on,
It was a very big misunderstanding on my side.
It was my fault and I really apologize for my mindlessness.
80,000 job vacancies in TCS alone, no one to fulfill.
Meanwhile people are protesting against unemployment and are scared due to Gen AI.
Who is at fault here and how can we fix this gap?
