Few weeks ago I posted this idea here in medial and I got some good responses. But when I thought about it I found that there are several features that I want to add are already present in other apps. What to do now?? The idea : Our platform addresses the challenges faced by retired professionals with valuable expertise but limited opportunities post-retirement. Our digital marketplace enables retired professionals to showcase their skills, offer mentorship, and engage in project-based work with businesses seeking specialized expertise. Additionally, it provides students and young professionals with access to mentorship, practical industry knowledge, and career guidance from seasoned experts, enhancing their learning and career development.

It's more like consultancy and mentorship app so please don't focus on post retirement people's or anybody just create you eligibility criteria and create a proper database of intelligent people who has experience and expertise in their field . Now just market it and people will automatically see this as a part time job opportunity and try to apply in your app also you can create a rating and achivements features for showing Professionalism of that person even you can add a feedback and free trial features . Offer a escrow services for maintaining Trust between both parties and give payment to your creators in Every 15 days also they need to achieve a particular score for withdrawing the money . Create a easiest and smooth in app environment also offer debates features .
