Deconstruct the Skill: For swimming, this means separately practicing floating, kicking, breathing, and arm movements before combining them. 2. Learn Enough to Self-Correct: Use instructional resources, such as videos or feedback from an experienced individual, to understand proper techniques and self-correct. 3. Remove Practice Barriers: Find accessible facilities, and ensure you have the necessary gear, such as a swimsuit and goggles. 4. Practice for 20 Hrs: Dedicate consistent, short practice sessions.
