I didn't quit get your point. Currently there aren't no such one stop solution for entrepreneurs apart from E-cell from universities, accelerators (not all accept early stage ideas tho), incubators (Idea should convince them). There are further startup ecosystems in the market that helps a person to go from -1(without an idea) to start a company. But they are on stealth mode. Maybe we can build something for that as a platform.

Only tier 1 college have incubator!! Even my college didn't have any incubator, they just do some ads to get more admission non other than that this college only provide school level competition like singing, dancing, cooking without fire, rangoli and other childish games. Even the information about the program or something else they'll inform in the minute only. One day it was nme or soft skill exam they cancelled the exam because the vice chairman wanted to meet the students so Every students from gudvancherry campus had to go to ponnamalle campus. The reason the vice chairman told why he didn't come to our college because, "it takes too much time to come through all the traffic and the college is too long for me". Actually I don't understand if the college is too long why the hell he buid the college among the forest. The "Apollo Arts and science College chennai".
