I didn't quit get your point. Currently there aren't no such one stop solution for entrepreneurs apart from E-cell from universities, accelerators (not all accept early stage ideas tho), incubators (Idea should convince them). There are further startup ecosystems in the market that helps a person to go from -1(without an idea) to start a company. But they are on stealth mode. Maybe we can build something for that as a platform.
