Ola might've been inspired by Uber, but they adapted it for the Indian market. Different countries, different needs. Plus, Ola's expanded into electric vehicles and scooters, which is pretty innovative. I'd say execution matters more than the original idea. Facebook wasn't the first social network, Google wasn't the first search engine. It's about who does it best and adapts to their market.
