Old keys won't open new doors! Whenever we brainstorm with founders, we always emphasize the importance of learning from our predecessors. However, it is crucial not just to replicate their strategies but to enhance and build upon them. In every project we undertake, we must find ways to avoid the mistakes made by those before us. While it is beneficial to adopt existing playbooks and flywheels, our goal should always be to improve them. Our aim should be to consistently deliver at least 1% better than what is expected or promised - always without fail. Achieving this requires ensuring that founders are not constantly firefighting but have the breathing space to step back and see the bigger picture. PS: This is my first post using @Medial web.
