Have you guys ever got to know about bounce? (A bike rental service) Started in Vijayawada and Bengaluru only. It is a bad-azz idea with awesome problem identification and excellent implementation. the area where it's lost is wrong principles (not having proper rules and regulations). It lets you book a bike anytime 24/7, near you (under a KM). And drop of anywhere in the city. It swaps battery at nights (and lasts all day long). The range of the bike is 65kmph and gives for more than 6-7 hrs. The people who used the bike don't treat it as their own, and used to steal the helmets, break the mirrors, break seats, steal wheels, make many accidents (I personally have found some bikes river side). The take away is, humans are evolved from apes, if you don't have proper rules and regulations on your customer, they might evolve backward and spoil you products. If the product lasted: It makes a women ride safely at night without need of waiting for cabs. Can make 2 men trip etc..
