Seriously Indian people's needs to understand that india want best faculty for running India but they are not giving proper chance to hard working students even they are scoring much better than any other students still they are giving position to unqualified person just because of cast reservation. Seriously whole poltics is dependent on cast reservation , divide and rule . In reality nothing is equal in India if you know deeply about how Indian bureaucracy , collegium and minister system works in India then you can easily manipulate and get profits according to your expectations . bureaucracy wants promotion and money Minister wants power, votes and funds with ground support Indian judges wants continues transfer of judge position in their ecosystem . Media wants brand deals so basically if you closely observe everything about India then you realise that real powers owned by a person who has ability to manipulate all these things . From education and jobs to basic dignity, caste dictates so much of life here. Students from Dalit backgrounds face discrimination, sometimes with tragic consequences, while policies like reservation—meant to level the playing field—are criticized by those who’ve always enjoyed privilege. Even elections and politics thrive on caste divisions. For the privileged, caste feels invisible because it works in their favor, but for others, it’s a daily fight. If we want true progress, we have to confront and dismantle caste discrimination instead of pretending it doesn’t exist.
