Sometimes even I feel so, I actually feel people don't have resources or guidance to find the job in the first place. Unawareness is the problem. But someday that unawareness will go, and then a different business will be needed to solve problem of jobs to people ratio. Yet again, we have to solve the unawareness issue first.
