We trust big companies to keep our data safe, but even Microsoft outsourced part of its security to Crowdstrike, leading to chaos from a faulty update. Almost a billion dollars was invested without audited financial statements or verified technologies, relying solely on founder Elizabeth Holmes's word. She was the SPOF, resulting in the loss of investors' money.(now serving an 11-year prison sentence) 2) Nvidia's stock has zoomed 8X in two years, with an even brighter outlook for AI. However, about 20% of Nvidia’s revenue comes from one customer. Lose that customer and Nvidia will be a much different business.That’s a SPOF. There’s a reason you jump with two parachutes.There’s a reason cars have seatbelts AND Airbags.
