It's totally depend on you brother , you're the CEO of your company and literally tum idhar drama kar rahe ho ....Where is Professionalism and business ethics ? Also you both guys are not created any type of legal agreement while dealing so both are unprofessional and i don't think so you can file a proper defamation case against him because it's takes lots of money and time but at the end of the day mostly Indian court takes side of employee Because of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 consider these types of things worker exploitation . Court ma tumko proper loss show karna padegaa jitne tumko hua ha ise activity ki vaja se.... Vo kaise karoge ? Is there any data you have ? Also company operational nhi ha tho kaise court accept kar lege case ko .
