That's really serious issue and according to my expertise You can file Cyber complaint and you can directly call his city DGP , SHO , SP , INSPECTOR for extra pressure and send Legal notice to his upi contact number and if possible then his address . You can make Legal notice with the help of AI and also create complaint application. All these things takes only 30 minutes also you can block his UPI id and bank account by contacting his bank branch for more information you can extract his IP and visit their home . Social harassing ( Section 503) Fraud ( Section 420 ) Mental trauma ( Section 498A ) Cheeting ( Section 415 ) You can file many sections on him and distroyed his whole entrepreneurship. Just an example but please don't do this and wait 24 hours more , try to contact him .
