I'm thinking of making an application on which we connect local kirana stores to customers. As we can see their offline businesses will may be go down in future because of these online competitors and many of them are working hard for more than 10 years. So, basically these app focuses on increasing their sales online and for monitizing this platform . I'm thinking for charging montly suscription fee from shopkeepers and charging a little delivery fees from customers.but I'm a fresher in this field and I need a lot of advice from you all . Will this model able to make money abd survive? And any other suggestions you all want to give.

We'll that's average idea but the main problem is that commission and logistics services also the price product you're listing on your app is very high if you compare it from other quick commerce app because you're taking products from shopkeeper not company so definitely people will go for other app because of low price. Also please do massive research before starting This idea
